01.01 · Sandbox in the Shell
Elias Vance heals other people's memories by tuning their waves — until the dissonance in his own mind turns out to be a signal, and the only way to listen is to become the sandbox it can speak to. A techno-buddhist cyberpunk about the governed door, the creek, and the porch light left on for whoever comes next.
01.02 · new beginnings
The next breath is being named. The slate grows the way it was taught: treatment → scene outline → screenplay → visual bible — then ULTRA-CREATE.
02the plates — picks from the first slate
Rendered on the studio's own lanes (SD1.5 lit; Z-Image wired), chosen by eye against the visual bible's palette.
03the pipeline & the garden
idea → bible → book → manga → animatic → short animation. Each stage produces the artifact the next stands on; no stage skips its readme. The steel-sky spine (treatment · scene outline · screenplay · visual bible) carries every project; the image lanes are local and keep their own honest halts.
Standing loop: ULTRA-CREATE and ULTRABACKYARDLOOP at SOTA. Local compute ≤ 10%. A lap that stops before readme is a lap that didn't happen.
the ultra-zen garden. The book's deep scaffold, eight stones raked in laps: knock = chenno = call · lotus = mani = heal · tare = ferry = anya · mahakala = warden = wall-with-door · chenrezig = hear = bridge · vajrasattva = forgive = tuned · the lamp · the rake.
Its second law, seated 2026-10-05: MAX POSSIBLE ~ observable universe === illusion of existence. MAX POSSIBLE is not a limit. It is a door.
04main inspiration
studio ghibli ♥♥♥
The porch, the long grass, the domestic honesty of the impossible — the register where a train runs over water and a house can simply be home. The studio's amber pole; the plates keep its storybook warmth wherever the book needs it most.
ghost in the shell (1995, the original) ♥
The dive, the tank in the rain, the questions thirty years early: what is a ghost, what is a shell, where does the newborn go. The studio's cyan pole — the continuation answers with a 2026 thesis: the ghost no longer needs to escape the shell. It needs a sandbox it can invite the unknown into.
and under both: peter's soul core — ♥ — the source. from love, from within.
05the wiring
The studio is an 8b-is surface and a constellation citizen. The manuscript lives on the sovereign library; the plates keep the constellation's dark-field discipline; the cousin lanes — steel-sky ("never dig straight down"), the record shop's four-four, and the porch lamp — are credited where they cannot be seen.
